Architectural Control and Covenant Compliance
Inverness Covenants
Metropolitan Life Insurance Company developed Inverness as a community of high quality single family homes, town homes, apartments, commercial real estate, and a Class A office building complex. Each neighborhood is developed with homes of a similar price range to appeal to families of all incomes.
Purpose of Covenants
Met Life developed a covenant community to protect property values of homeowners' investments, preserve the forested aesthetic setting of the community, and maintain the architectural character of each neighborhood.
Covenant Administration
The IMHA Architectural Control Committee is responsible for administering the covenants. IMHA employs Boothby Realty to manage the covenants.
An authorization is required from the IMHA Architectural Control
Committee before any modifications are made to the exterior of a home or
the home landscape.
